Can you help with both Windows and Mac?
Yes. We work with Windows PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, and smartphones—plus most common home tech.
Do you offer remote support?
For some issues, yes. If it’s safe and makes sense, we can try remote support—otherwise we’ll schedule an in-person visit.
Can you fix my Wi-Fi and smart home devices?
We can help with routers, weak signals, dropped connections, and devices like cameras, speakers, and smart displays.
What if you can’t fix the problem?
If we can’t solve it, we’ll explain why and suggest next steps. We don’t believe in dragging out visits just to bill more time.
Is my data and privacy protected?
Yes. We only access what we need to fix the issue and encourage you to be present whenever possible while we work.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We keep pricing transparent and show the full estimate—trip fee, stops, handling, and mileage—before confirming the booking.
Do you help with business tech too?
Tech Support is primarily for personal use, but some small home-office setups may qualify—reach out and we’ll let you know.

Advanced / Complex Tasks

  • First Hour $94.95
  • Each Additional Hour $34.95
  • Travel: First 10 miles included. After that: $0.80/mile.
  • Repeat Visits: $0.60/mile if within 14 days for the same project.
  • Card Payments: 3% processing fee applies.
  • Discounts: Senior (55+) and Military/Veteran available.
  • Custom Pricing: Options available for clients with financial limitations.
Total: service price, add-ons, mileage over 10 miles, and the card payment adjustment.
